USF Dining is thrilled to announce the newest dining experience at USF St. Petersburg. The Nest, puts a unique twist on campus cuisine. Nestled on the first floor of Osprey Suites, The Nest serves as a place to settle in with your friends and a delicious meal. This innovative all-you-care-to-eat facility will showcase modern menu concepts such as True Balance: an Allergen Zone Kitchen, a complete plant-based Vegan station, Made-T0-Order deli, salad, pizza station and more! Advanced technology will allow you to navigate through the menu to customize and enjoy your meal day or night! An interactive handwashing station is also available to emphasize safe and clean dining for all guests.

Menu Highlights

Made Without Gluten
Selections made with ingredients that do not contain gluten. IMPORTANT: Foods prepared without gluten containing ingredients may not be ‘gluten-free’ since recipes are prepared in open kitchens where cross-contact is possible.
