How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 20 points for every purchase of $5 or more made on campus at restaurants and POD locations. You can earn points for purchases made with your USF Campus card. Simply identify yourself as a USF Dining Rewards member by swiping your USF Campus card or providing your phone number to the cashier at checkout.
How do I earn points faster?
Premium members earn 30 points for every purchase of $5 or more. To qualify as a premium member, you must upgrade your meal plan to the Open Access Plan. Premium members also receive additional perks throughout the semester!
Can I earn points if I order in-restaurant or make a purchase at P.O.D Market?
Yes! Simply identify yourself as a USF Dining Rewards member before checking out.
Will I earn points for orders through Grubhub?
Yes, as long as you’re using your USF Campus Card to pay for your Grubhub orders, you will earn points. This is your reminder to link your USF Campus Card to your Grubhub account!
I have a meal plan (swipes and/or dining dollars). What’s in it for me?
If you have a meal plan, you get even more through USF Dining Rewards: You get meal plan members-only exclusive perks, discounts and offers throughout the semester. Plus, meal plan holders who upgrade to the Open Access Plan earn points faster (30 points per $5 purchase) and receive exclusive promotions throughout the semester.
How do I earn and redeem rewards?
For every 300 points you earn, you’ll receive a one-time $5 valued coupon loaded to your account. The coupon will be automatically applied to your next purchase of $5 or more placed at a participating USF Dining Rewards dining location. How easy is that?!
For the time being, you can redeem your $5 reward anywhere you check-out in person. Simply put, you can earn points by making purchases through Grubhub but cannot redeem your $5 reward through Grubhub.
Can I use multiple Rewards in one order?
Not currently. You can use one reward per order.
How do I keep track of my points and rewards available?
If you’ve opted into SMS, you can text “Balance” to 83871 to receive immediate points and rewards balance updates.
Additionally, your USF Dining Rewards account provides you with your current points earned (not redeemed for a reward yet), and points remaining to your next $5 reward. Your account also highlights available rewards you’ve yet to redeem. We suggest bookmarking this page so that you can check your rewards account as often as you’d like.
Do points or rewards expire?
Yes. All good things must come to an end. Points and rewards expire at the end of the University of South Florida Fall school year– May 2023.

Yes. While you are eligible to earn USF Dining Rewards from all on-campus locations you cannot redeem USF Dining Rewards points at 813 Eats Mashgin, Panera, Chick-Fil-A, Bento Sushi, Juniper Flip Kitchen, Argos Exchange Flip Kitchen, Food Lab, Grubhub Mobile Orders, Yokai, or Costa Coffee, or 727 Eats Mashgin.
