Dining on campus isn’t one size fits all. Our meal plans were designed with you in mind. If you are looking to enjoy a meal with friends or just a snack on the go – we’ve got a plan to fit every appetite.

We’ve kept what’s most important to you in mind, building in the convenience, flexibility, quality, value and healthy options you deserve. Explore our meal plan options to learn more about what would be the best fit for you.

  • Do I need to buy a meal plan?
    First year students who are residing on campus are to select a meal plan as part of the first year experience. FTIC meal plans are a two semestercommitment . Non-first year and returning students are encourage to purchase meal plans.

  • Will my meal plan auto renew for next semester? 
    All Fall meal plans will be recharged for spring semester.

  • Will unused meal plans or DB roll over to a future semester or year? 
    Unused meals will not rollover to another semester. Unused Dining Dollars will roll from Fall to Spring if the student retains a spring meal plan (this excludes Dining Dollar only options).

  • If I have already purchased a meal plan, can I change it?
    You can upgrade your plan at anytime during the semester. A grace period is provide during the first week of each semester for downgrades. Downgrades must be done in person at the meal plan office.

  • Terms & Conditions
Don’t worry - simplicity and convenience are all within reach. Once you have a meal plan, your student ID works like a debit card. Just swipe your card and the meals and points are deducted from your meal plan account.

First Year Students
Studies of college students across the nation consistently show that students who live and eat on campus are more invovled, have higher grade point averages, and are more likely to graduate - aside from those points, eating on campus is a great way to get connected to our campus and make friends.
Meal plans are convenient, flexible, and loaded with options. Each meal plan comes with meal swipes to use at our three dining halls and Dining Dollars to use at one of our various retail locations.The ability to dine at all of the dining locations all across campus gives students a range of menus and offerings. Youll get guaranteed value, whether you eat on campus three times a week or three times a day! Weve got you covered.

Student Meal Plans are billed to your student account (OASIS), and must be paid through OASIS or the USF Cashier's Office

Faculty and Staff
USF Dining makes Eating Made Easy with the variety of meal plan choices for USF Faculty and Staff Members! All Meal Plans can be used at any of our 30 locations on campus, offering convenience, flexibility, and customization. Each plan consists of Meal Swipes and Dining Dollars. 

Meal Swipes can be utilized at any of the three all-you-care-to-eat Dining Halls: The Hub, Juniper Dining, and Champions Choice. New this fall, Faculty and Staff have the option of the Flexi-Bull Meal Swipe. The Flexi-Bull Swipe is equivalent to one entrée and one fountain beverage from: Flip Kitchen, Restaurant Rotation, or Bay Coffee & Tea Company, within Argos Exchange. This Flexi-Bull Swipe can be used once per day at Argos Exchange. If you wish to make additional purchases after utilizing your one a day Flexi-Bull Meal Swipe at Argos Exchange, Dining Dollars, cash, or credit/debit cards may be used. While only one meal swipe can be used at Argos Exchange, you can use your Meal Plan Swipes at any of our other Dining Hall locations at any time. Our most popular Faculty and Staff Meal Plan, The Gold Plan, allows meal swipes to be used at Top of the Palms, located on the third floor of the Marshall Student Center!

Faculty and Staff Meal Plans also come with Dining Dollars which can be used at any of the USF Dining Services Retail Locations like those in the Marshall Student Center Food Court (Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, Subway, Moe's Southwestern Grill, Papa John's), Beef O Brady's, Einstein Bros.' Bagels, On Top of the Palms, BurgerFi, Pinnacle and Library Starbucks, Pollo Tropical, Junipers Around the Horn (P.O.D. Market, Starbucks and OLILO), Jamba Juice, Subway in Cooper Hall, Engineering Express Shop, Cafe Connect, Rockys Hideout, Morsani Einstein Bros. Bagels, and Argos Exchange. Meal Plan Holders will get a discounted rate into the three campus Dining Halls when using Dining Dollars for payment.  
Graduate Students
Graduate students also have a range of meal plan options to fit their needs. All meal plans come with meal swipes to use at one of our three  dining halls and dining dollars to use at our retail locations. One graduate student meal plan option (Gold Plan) gives graduate students the option to use their meal swipes at Top of the Palms, one of our on campus retail locations. Dining on campus gives graduate students an easy option to getting food without needing to move their car or bring their own meal to campus. 
Add Dining Dollars
Running low on Dining Dollars? You can add any amount of dining dollars on our dining website (minumum $25), and if you add any increment of $100 you receive a bonus 10% of dining dollars on to your USF ID card.  Dining dollars can be used at any retail location on campus and give students a discounted rate into the three dining halls. Plus, you don't have to worry about carrying cash or credit cards - dining dollars are all on your USF ID.
